To head up the events department by ensuring this part of the business is profitable and operationally sound as well as support the Managing Directors in delivering events. Multitasking, good communication, great time management skills and the ability to lead a team are all part of this role.
•Manage all new enquiries by qualifying and distributing to team or shop
•Create your own creative quotations for clients.
•Attend client meetings - On Site /Pitch meetings
•Deliver your own projects from proposal to delivery
•Planning logistics including flower ordering, buying & organising props
•Deliver events on time, within budget and that meet client’s expectations
•Communicating, maintaining and developing client relationships
•Manage internal CRM database and report to MD’s
•Managing operational and admin functions to ensure projects are delivered efficiently
•Work closely with the Business Development manager in seeking new opportunities and respond to tender opportunities
•Create internal processes to ensure the event side of the business runs smoothly, effectively and profitably
•Manage venue and supplier relationships and develop new ones
