We are looking for the perfect person to lead and drive our beautiful florist business.
A unique position has become available for a Florist within a Glasgow/Scotland based company due to growth. The company currently focuses on wedding floristry but has opportunity to expand to online sales and corporate contract work.
We are seeking to hire a person who can work independently and as part of a small team, using initiative and out-standing organisational skills with a gift in speaking to and inspiring people.
We seek the right person who loves creating, has genuine interest in floristry and is committed to this position. This is not a short term or temporary position, we are looking for a permanent addition to our team.

Working experience is essential; applicant must be able to create natural and unique floral designs to an outstanding standard with ease!
This is a position for someone who lives and breathes creativity, and the natural world.
Travelling is a must; if you are not prepared to travel around Scotland/elsewhere regularly then again this is not the job for you. A driving licence is also essential, as we need you to be entirely self-sufficient.
You will be the face and the driving force of the brand, promoting the business at every turn and maintaining the style and high standards of it.
Additional experience in photography, blogging, general creative interests and online sales would be beneficial but not essential. Good administrative skills and basic management is also desirable.
This job will not be paid an hourly rate as we are looking for someone who understands and is committed to going beyond the normal 9-5, an annual salary will be discussed.
